LG has followed in the footsteps of Samsung and Google by providing a monthly security bulletins for Android devices. The bulletins offer information about vulnerabilities that potentially pose risks for users.
The first summary has been released, detailing issues affecting devices in May 2016. LG has taken information from the latest monthly Android Security Bulletin, and as with Google’s official release, has ranked vulnerabilities as either low, moderate, high or critical.
LG also has a section in its monthly security reports for vulnerabilities that are specific to its own products, although no such issues are listed for May.
