There is good news for some of those waiting for Samsung Pay support to arrive in their country, with the announcement that the service will be available in Russia, Thailand and Malaysia by the end of the year. The latest additions join a list of countries where the service is already available, which includes South Korea, China, the United States, Australia and Singapore.
Samsung is currently in a race with other mobile payment services, such as Android Pay, to roll out to as many countries as possible.
The technology behind Samsung Pay means that the service has attracted a lot of attention. As it uses both MST and NFC, Samsung Pay works virtually everywhere that accepts credit and debit card payments.
