There has been another leak of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. On this occasion an image has been posted to Twitter showing three colour variants of the devices.
The three colour options are apparently the same for both handsets, although the image does not offer a view of the rear of the smartphones.
It is the renowned leaker Evan Blass who has posted the photo to Twitter. And in addition to the image, Blass has helpfully revealed three official colour names, which he states are Black Sky, Orchid Grey and Arctic Sliver.
All three options appear to feature black bezels on the front, with the colour differences visible on the sides of the devices.
As the rear of the smartphones is not visible in the leaks, it is not possible to gain a complete overview of their appearance. However, the colour names that Blass provided offer reasonable guidance.
At first glance, a key difference with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, compared to earlier flagships from the company, is the lack of a striking colour option. Black Sky, Orchid Grey and Arctic Silver all seem to be relatively conservative choices, in comparison to previous options such as Blue Topaz and Emerald Green.
But Blass did not state that he had presented an exhaustive list of colour choices, and another recent leak showed an apparent prototype with a violet-like finish.
