ZUK is working on a new smartphone and the Chinese company has chosen Samsung’s Exynos 8890 chipset to power the device. In recent days bosses at both ZUK and ZUK’s parent company Lenovo have been sharing some details about the ZUK Z2 on social media.
Initially, a partial-image of the handset was posted on the Chinese social networking site Weibo. Although only limited information can be gleaned from this post, it appears that the ZUK Z2 is an all-black device, with a metal frame and a USB-C port.
The image was then followed up by the revelation that ZUK has chosen Samsung, over Qualcomm and MediaTek, to supply the chipset for the ZUK Z2.
